As a Realtor® with ONE Sotheby's International Realty, Crystal specializes in Amelia Island, Fernandina Beach, and Nassau County real estate, helping buyers and sellers with luxury homes, waterfront properties, golf course communities, second homes, investment properties, and relocation.

In just her first full year in real estate, Crystal closed more than $10 million in sales, earned Rookie of the Year, and was recognized as a Top 500 Producer among more than 12,000 real estate professionals across Northeast Florida. Before launching her real estate career, she built a background in franchise ownership, private banking, property management, and real estate marketing, giving her clients a unique advantage in pricing, negotiation, and marketing strategy.

Crystal and her husband, her high school sweetheart, relocated to Amelia Island after falling in love with the community and now proudly call it home. She is an active member of First Baptist Church of Fernandina Beach, an Amelia Island Ambassador, and a member of the Amelia Island Nassau County Association of Realtor®. Her oldest daughter and fiancé live on Amelia Island; her middle son is a Florida State University engineering graduate working in Jacksonville, and her youngest son is a senior at Fernandina Beach High School.

When she's not serving clients, you'll find Crystal enjoying boating, beach days, reading, baking, and sharing local favorites through her Hello Amelia Island series.
